Living experience review of Sangubashi / Odakyu line

Overview

Very quiet and convenient area. Since Yoyogi park is nearby, I see a lot of people with their dogs. Basically it is a family area but singles can also enjoy their life in this area because it is easy access to Shinjuku, Harajuku, Shibuya etc. and there are some nice cafes and restaurants. There are 2 famous shrines nearby, Meiji jingu and Yoyogi hachiman.

Moreover, there are many foreign people live in this area compare to other area and it seems foreigners friendly, I believe.

Shopping district(shotengai) is not big but sufficient.

As I mentioned Meiji jingu and Yoyogi hachiman are famous shrine. Yoyogi park is one of the great park in Tokyo.

There is a shop that serves great gelato. The name or shop is Floto. Regalo is also nice restaurant which is Michelin.

What I don’t like this area

For the supermarket, only Maruman store is available for walking distance. It would be nice if there is a bigger supermarket in this area.

Other things I would like to mention

People in this area are polite and calm. Definitely nice neighborhood.
