The area is really quite and along the river there are many activities you can do alone or with your family/friends. The place I lived was a bit far from station, but nearby you could fin supermarkets, etc.

Setagaya park is a bit far but recommended, along with Setagaya Public library. All good restaurants are close to station, around 15-20 minutes walking.
What I don’t like this area
The place was a bit too far from station.
The building is a wood construction, which makes it difficult to work from home.
Other things I would like to mention
It’s a quite and convenient place for a low budget investments and willing to practice sports along Tama river.
