Overview
If you like cycling, running and walking, it is a good area. Many parks around station but not many shops and restaurants, only convenience stores. Basically quiet and safe.
Toyosu is not too far so I usually went to there for shopping and there is a big aeon mall in Shinonome. Aeon shinonome is very convenient and everything is there. I hope it is more closer to Tatsumi.
Actually transportation is not too bad. Yurakucho line goes to Ginza area.

Aeon shinonome is the best mall in this area. I don’t think there is good restaurants there.
What I don’t like this area
Not many activities, shops and restaurants.
Other things I would like to mention
There are so many parks and you can enjoy BBQ as well. I couldn’t enjoy BBQ in this area because of covid during I live Tatsumi but it would be fun once BBQ place is opened.
